A pumpkin makeover

Living in Utah, our skin can get very dry and flaky.  Here is a simple, delicious pumpkin smelling

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Canned Pumpkin
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Butter
5 drops of Cinnamon Oil

Instructions:
Are rather simple really, but all ingredients into a puree machine and puree until you get a thick creamy, orange, pumpkin pie smelling facial mask.  Apply as soon as you can so the mask is fresh and that is when it has the most nutrients.  Leave the mask on for about twenty minutes and then wash off with a warm wash cloth.  Splash your face with cold water afterwards to close up your pores.

Apply the mask twice a month to keep skin healthy and beautiful.

  1. I am SO doing this. And I bet you could switch it up using avocado in place of pumpkin and coconut oil in place of butter with a different oil as well, like peppermint. Avocado skins still have a lot of meat in them and I love to use it for skin moisturizer.
