Layering necklaces seems to be the latest trend in fashion right now. What used to be a boho hippie look is now becoming more modern. There are a few steps you must follow though, because if it isn't done right it just looks clunky and bulky.
The first step is to make sure your necklaces are of varying length. I like using an 18 inch chain with a pendant as my first necklace. You want your layering to look delicate, effortless and pretty. Matching the tones in your jewelry to your own skin, hair or eye color is another way to get it right. And I feel like this is obvious but make sure your jewelry is matching your clothing.
